Custom Objects Translation in IFS Cloud

 

Please follow below steps when doing translations for the Custom Objects/Configurations.

• Go to Translatable Text window and filter from the Path.

        eg:- %CAnimal% in here CAnimal is my Custom Entity

    

• Select an entry and click on the Add Translations button on the header. It will open a dialog where you can provide translations for the installed languages of your application. Add some translations here and save to close the window.
• Refresh Language Cache. In here below options are available.

• After above step complete go to Page Configurations window and click on  Unpublish button to un publish available page configurations.

• Next, go to Entity Configurations window and Unpublish available entity configurations temporally.

• Re Publish Entity Configurations and Page Configurations.
• Change user's language and navigate to the custom page, you'll be able to see translations now.

NOTE: If you've not done the Unpublish and Re-publish steps for the Page Configurations and Entity Configurations you'll not be able to see translations. Please make sure to complete those steps.
